Phase 1 Notice

The terms below are a static foundation for the website and should be reviewed by the company’s legal or operational team before any live rental workflow is launched.

1. Booking and reservation

A reservation is considered provisional until the company confirms availability, payment terms, and any required documentation.

2. Identification and verification

Clients may be asked to provide identification, contact information, and supporting details relevant to the property or short-stay request.

3. Payment terms

  • Deposits, invoices, and payment schedules should be confirmed before handover.
  • Any future payment gateway integration will be introduced in Phase 2 or later.

4. Property condition and handover

Property condition, inventory notes, and handover checks should be documented clearly so that both the company and the client understand the agreement.

5. Cancellation and changes

Cancellation, rescheduling, and change requests should be subject to the rental arrangement and the applicable booking conditions.
